anybody who used lutera birth control before?
hi there..i just wanna ask if anybody ever used lutera before?im a mother of a 21 month old baby..i used micronor (progestin only pill) after i gave birth and the side effects were horrible.. i gained almost 10 pounds and had hairloss.. so i stopped taking it after 3 months.. now i want to try another kind of pill coz i want a method of birth control… i went to planned parenthood and they gave a LUTERA.. the nurse said it has a very low dose of hormone and will not likely cause weight gain..but she said i might feel moody and some headache in the first few weeks but it will automatically go away when my body is used with the hormones.. i know pills work differently in every woman so i wanna know your experiences and which side effect is the most common.. thanks
I had exactly the opposite of your experience. I was fine with micronor but had side effects with lutera.
